Welcome to "The Edgewater Hotel Put-in-Bay!" We are located on Delaware Avenue, the main downtown street in the village of Put-in-Bay, South Bass Island, Ohio. Our new facility puts you in the heart of the nightlife, restaurants, attractions, shopping, bars, and across the street from the stunning PutinBay waterfront, Lake Erie, and DeRivera Park.

We invite you to view a Put-in-Bay map showing how to get to Put in Bay Ohio lodging from the mainland. Our Luxury Hotel is conveniently located across the park from the Jet Express, the main ferry service providing passenger-only transportation to and from the mainland. We are also just a short taxi ride from the Miller Ferry car ferry to the hotels.

Our Deluxe Hotel Rooms sleep up to 4 adults. Luxury Suites sleep up to 6 adults and feature a full size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, wet-bar, kitchenette, 27" TV with cable, recliner, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 queen size beds, and a bath with a separate double vanity. The best on Put in Bay! Second floor hotel suites feature a 135-foot deck with a 25-foot veranda that looks out on the island's finest view of the downtown and Put-in-Bay waterfront. Deluxe Rooms feature 2 queen size beds, 27" color TV with cable, and a bath with double vanities.

Golf cart rentals and bicycle rentals are available onsite from Delaware Carts, and moped rentals are also available onsite from SB-Island Moped Rental. Both are a perfect way to tour guide Put in Bay Ohio to see all the Put-in-Bay attractions. Ferry service to Cedar Point Amusement Park, located in Sandusky, Ohio, departs daily across the street from the Edgewater Hotel. Lake Erie Perch and Walleye fishing charters depart daily and the hotel can refer you to numerous charter boat captains for your fishing enjoyment. There is also local ferry service to take you for day trips to Kellys Island and Middle Bass Island.

No cars are permitted on the property, but as you can see from the many pictures on our website, you won't need one! Latest News: 2012-07-10... Christmas in July at Put-in-Bay Approaches ...bars and restaurants. Not to be outdone, the annual Christmas Eve parade this year will feature a record number of "floats" and good times will be had by all.
