DELAWARE GOLF CARTS & MOPEDS PRICING

The all day rental is from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM. All carts and mopeds may be rented overnight for an additional $20 thru noon the following day.

Reservations are recommended and may be made by using the SECURE reservation form on our website. Thanks and see you at the bay!!

By initialing and providing my credit card number, I agree that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You must be a licensed driver and 18 years of age or older to rent a golf cart or moped. You agree this is a licensed motor vehicle and all traffic laws must be obeyed.
  2. If you selected the overnight option, your rental cart or moped is due back by noon the following day. The overnight option is an additional $20 added to the daily rate on any cart or moped. We provide locks for you to secure your cart or moped.
  3. Making an online reservation is a guaranteed reservation and my card is charged on the day of my arrival for the entire amount due for the period I have designated above. Reservations are only accepted for minimum of 1 day rental. Hourly rentals are walk-up only.
  4. If you choose to cancel, you must cancel 24 hours prior to your date of arrival. You must do so by e-mailing us and a copy of the e-mail showing your cancellation with a date 24 hours prior to the dates you have reserved above is the sole proof of cancellation in the event of a dispute. Same-day reservations may thus not be cancelled. You accept sole responsibility for providing this documentation in the event of a dispute.


RENTAL POLICES

  3. When making an online reservation, your card is charged the day of your arrival unless you cancel 24 hours prior. A cancellation number will be issued if you cancel. Cancellations are done by e-mail.
  4. If you selected the overnight option, your cart or moped is due back by noon the following day. The overnight option is an additional $20 added to the daily rate on any cart or moped. We provide locks for you to secure your cart or moped.
